Return Policy

Our Return Policy allows for 100% customer satisfaction or complete refund, less the cost of shipping.
1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily issue a refund, exchange or credit for those items returned to us within 30 days and in the same condition.
2. Books and patterns cannot be returned. No exceptions. Please select carefully.
3. To insure proper credit please enclose a copy of your invoice and itemized return list with your full instructions. This will help us expedite your return.
4. Items which you return for exchange (that are not due to our error) are subject to normal shipping and handling charges.
5. Distributors can only return merchandise that is damaged or is a Dollspart error.
6. We process returns as quickly as possible. However, please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your refund. All purchases made through a credit card can only be credited to that card.
7. All prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise subject to availability.
8. Not responsible for typographical errors.

Pricing Disclaimer

We are not responsible for incorrect pricing relating to our online gallery. Therefore, prices are not final until your order is accepted by Dollspart Supply Staff. If an error is found you will be contacted with a correct price at which point you may either continue with your order at the new price or cancel your order.
